COOKING CLASS LAKE COMO – colouring, filling, shaping and cooking
A unique and great experience for those passionate about traditional cooking
During the Cooking Class Lake Como you will be shown how to make tagliatelle and ravioli, using fresh products for the fillings and your choice of coloring ingredients, such as red beets, herbs and even chocolate!
The class will be a real journey revisiting traditional recipes with food and products linked to the region and you will be learning methods that you can take home to your own kitchen and show your friends and family.
You will meet with your personal host, Valentina, at 11:00 am. She will welcome you in the intimate setting of her kitchen studio, beautifully positioned on the western side of Lake Como (just 10min by car from Cernobbio) with a stunning view across the lake.
You will get to know each other while enjoying some light refreshments she will have prepared for you: a glass of Prosecco and/or some homemade elderberry syrup along with local appetizers.
Valentina will teach you some things completely new and will provide you with different options for the fillings while catering for your particular whims.
Once your creations are ready, you will be able to enjoy them together with her while sharing a pleasant conversation about food and culture over a nice bottle of wine.
