Cooking Class Lake Como

A mediterranean cuisine experience

Cooking class Lake Como gives you the possibility to prepare a full mediterranean menu and following enjoy a lunch with what you have prepared. The young chef Luigi has won several European prizes before opening his own restaurant :

  • Best Chef of Lombardy in 2005
  • Champion of Mediterranean Cuisine in 2004-2008
  • Prix Culinaire Taittinger Italian finalist in 2006-2009
  • Carving Cup Erfurt Germany Olympic Gold in 2004

You will meet with chef Luigi around 10:00 am. Enjoy  cup of coffee together before going in the herbs garden, behind the restaurant, where you will find more than 4o aromatics herbs. Cooking lessons begin at 10:30 and you will directly assist chef Luigi in preparing home made pasta, risotto and ravioli. At the end you will enjoy the prepared delicacies. You will also receive a diploma as well as the recipes of prepared dishes. Transportation to Luigi’s restaurant is not included, but can easily be arranged
